Whether you're a keen cook or your experience doesn't go much further than chomping on chocolate digestives, this workshop will teach you all you could possibly wish to know about everyone's favourite treat. You'll start off by hearing an in-depth history of chocolate, before moving onto more practical skills. Find out what goes into ganache and how to make your own, then use it to fill chocolate shells and hand roll your own truffles. You'll learn how to dip and cover a range of flavours and textures to make the tastiest results possible, then make a chocolate bowl to present your truffles in. Finally, you'll make delicious chocolate chip energy balls as you round off the workshop. All tools and materials are included, plus you'll get to keep everything you make - yum!
