Past courses have covered topics such as fears and experiences, tuning-in exercises, stretch, breath & hum, love-lists, strengths & assets, expectations, goals, energy, reflective skills, preparing to give a talk and creating a personal ad.

This course is suitable for learners at a range of levels. There are no entry requirements.

Method of Assessment

Your personal achievements will be assessed by an individual learning plan (ILP)

Courses take place in a confidential setting and may involve pair-work, individual work and group discussion.

Course Application and Support Forms:

To apply for this course you will need to complete the Application form for each course you wish to attend, there is space for up to 3 courses per form.

The Information Form only needs to be completed once each academic year, if you have not completed one for this year, you will need to complete this also.

You can either print the forms once completed, sign and return by post or email the forms direct to the college at
